Glad that extended road trip is over. I'm sure it was a good chance for the guys to bond as a team, but as I've said before, the schedule-maker has done us no favors so far.

Speaking of which, anyone know why the Cavs and Monsters were simultaneously on extended roadies? Other than a concert or two, there hasn't been anything going on at the arena lately, has there?

it seems this happens every October. I think the Q schedules more. Doesnt the circus usually come into town also in October? I seem to remember its 1 of 2 times the ice comes up. Also they had concerts, WWE, etc.

Either way it will be good to have them back at home. And agreed. they need to beat up on the Griffins!

well either the monsters sucked this week or abbs is really that good.I mean we already lost 3 of 4 to them this year.it seems clear to me that were gonna make the playoffs but if the goalies and or "D" dont improve we wont make it past the first round..im gonna get to a few home games and find out what this teams all "aboot". sorry monsters had to miss all your games due to ohio state games.

so I may get some negative responses for this but at this point why are we still switching the goaltenders back and forth so much. It seems that it would be a wiser decision to let one of them get the majority of the play time. and dont take this the wrong way but I think Sami is the stronger of the two right now. its something, I can't put my finger on it whether its seeing the puck, the control of the rebound, something. Maybe Im wrong and will gladly admit if I am but I feel he is making easy mistakes when these goals are being scored. Plus as bucks said the "D" hasnt been so hot these last few games plus tons of penalties dont help us either.
